Announcements
There have been positive announcements from various presidents. Almost every time The financial authorities made those statements, the stock market immediately responded positively. The critical question here is whether or not the stock market can increase its price by itself without powerful messages to help it grow.
So what should be done?
If it continues to grow, you can consider buying S&P500 or Nikkei 225 with a stop order.
I have learned recently that the central banks of Japan and the EU are seriously willing to help the market out if it goes down. Therefore, although I am suspicious about the current market and economy, it probably is rational and correct to buy indices at the moment.
In conclusion
If the market keeps going up, buying indices might be the answer because the situation indicates that monetary policy might be working somehow. Buying at this high price is a little bit risky, however.
Besides, if it goes down severely, buying is the answer because Central Banks worldwide will help you out, and finally, when the market is stagnant again, I have no idea what to do next.
